When to use it
If you feel you are playing more than you should or chasing losses, self-exclusion closes your account for a period you choose and gives you space to stop.
How to activate it
- Open the account settings in Coldbet or contact support
- Choose a short cooling-off period or a longer exclusion
- Confirm the request - exclusion starts at once
During the period
You cannot log in until the period ends, and opening another account is not allowed - it breaks the one-account-per-family-and-address rule and gets closed. Delete the app from your phone to reduce temptation.
